: The Ethical approval for conduction of our study was approved by the Ethical Committee of the Ministry of Health and Prevention UAE. The ethics approval was provided with an understanding and waiver that since the study involved de-identified, retrospective data on the organization level, there was no requirement for individual patient consent. Being a retrospective nature of the study the need for informed consent was waived by the Ethical Committee of the Ministry of Health and Prevention UAE. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
