: Ethics approval was obtained from the Ghana Health Service Review Committee (GHS-ERC:007/04/21) and the health facilities involved. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations of the Ghana Health Service. All participants were given an oral explanation, as well as a detailed information sheet about the study. Study participants were informed of the voluntary, and confidential, nature of their participation. Informed consent was obtained individually from each participant. Participant and FGD codes were used to ensure the anonymity of study participants. The study results are kept on a password-protected computer, and only the PI (AA) has access to the password.
