Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance had been gained from the Ethical Committee of Institution of Public Health, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Gondar. The research proposal was assessed and affirmed by the Research Ethics Review Committee (RERC) of the Institution of Public Health, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Gondar. An official letter was obtained from Dessie City Administrative Health Office. After explaining the objective and importance of the study to each study participant, informed written consent from the participants was taken before the data collection. Participants were allowed to refuse or discontinue participation at any time they want. To ensure confidentiality, names were not used in depicting the results of the study and confidentiality was assured throughout the study period.
