The students consented to participate by filling out the questionnaire. This procedure was approved by The Norwegian Centre for Research Data.In addition, study participation was assessed and approved according to national guidelines in Spain and in the UK. In Spain, it was approved by the Research and Ethics Committee of CVU (reference 301,117).
