Written informed consent obtained from each of the participants before including them in the study after they had been reassured of confidentiality. Participants were informed that they could accept or reject participation in the study. They can withdraw for any reason from the study anytime they wish to do so. The study objectives, benefits of participating and any perceived risks were made known to participants. Details of time commitment required was communicated.
