: Ethical approval was given by the International GeNEdu Academic Advisory Board, chaired by Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen. Approval aimed to ensure safety, efficiency and all ethical considerations needed before the start of the research activities. Approval for the situational analysis was granted on 10-01-2020 under number GeNEdu-2.1.1a. Approval for the Delphi review was given on 11-12-2020 granted on under number GeNEdu-2.1.2a. Participants were invited and informed about the study purpose and methods by e-mail or personal contact. Informed consent was obtained from all participants.
