: The Ethical Review Board (ERB) of Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC) provided ethical approval for the study (Reference number: 57/2021P). The study was conducted in accordance to the Declaration of Helsinki. The selected hospitals provided written approval to conduct the study. The information sheets with study details were provided and informed consent was obtained before data collection. Participants were assured that participation in the study was voluntary, they could withdraw at any time, and non-participation would not impact them in any way. No power imbalances were identified as SG and AP, registered female nurses, were not practicing nursing in either of the hospitals. To ensure privacy, data were collected separately from each respondent in a quiet place. Only the research team had access to the data.
