: This study followed the principles of research ethics adopted by the 64th WMA General Assembly, Fortaleza, Brazil, October 2013 [CitationRef removed] and amendments including approval by Arba Minch University, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Institutional Research Ethics Review Board (IRB). The reference number of the letter was IRB/135/12. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. The purpose of the study was explained to the administrative bodies of the study hospitals, and a support letter was submitted. Hence, all the study participants were informed about the purpose of the study and their right to refuse, and written consent was obtained.
