: The research did not involve any risk to the participants, as the techniques used and the content of the study did not pose a risk to their physical or psychological integrity. We received a favourable decision from the clinical research ethics committee of the Integrated Healthcare Department of Talavera de la Reina (Toledo, Spain) for this study (CElm Code: 37/2019, of 11 October 2019). All methods were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Before starting the interviews and focus groups, an explanation of the study was given, its objectives, possible applications, the importance of their (voluntary) participation and the confidentiality of data processing. The participants were informed about the importance of their (voluntary) participation and the confidentiality of the data processing. They were able to withdraw from the study at any time. Informed consent was obtained from all study participants. They were also asked if they were interested in receiving information about the results. All information collected was analysed confidentially, guaranteeing the anonymity of the participants.
