: This study was approved by the Ottawa Health Science Network Research Ethics Board (20200640-01H) as well as the University of Ottawa Research Ethics Board (H-12–21-7533). Each participant received a study information sheet which disclosed the study's purpose, risks, and benefits. Using a verbal consent script, participants provided informed consent prior to starting the interview. It was made clear that participation was voluntary and that participants had the option to withdraw or stop the interview at any point. All the methods included in this study are in accordance with the declaration of Helsinki.
