: The researcher explained the objectives to the studied units to ensure ethical practices were followed and assured them that the information would remain confidential and that the scale would be completed anonymously. Informed consent to participate was acquired before the nurses completed the scale, and informed consent to participate was taken from the participants. The information of those who did not want to participate in the study was not collected. The present article resulted from the research approved by the Specialized Research Council of Razi School of Nursing and Midwifery, Kerman. The Ethics Committee of Kerman University of Medical Sciences approved this study with the ethics code IR.KMU.REC.1400.668. We followed the relevant guidelines for all the methods we used. The participants could choose whether to take part in the study or not, and their decision would not affect the quality of services and care they received. We also provided them with the necessary information and explanations about the research and the questionnaires, and we guaranteed that their information would be kept confidential.
