Data confidentiality is protected under the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection.An information sheet and informed consent were provided so that participants could be aware of the objectives, the purpose of the study, and could be informed of how their data was managed. Informed consent was obtained from all study participants. At the time of inclusion, they were assigned an identification code consisting of the initials of the recruitment centre and a correlative number.
