: This study was approved by the Medical Ethics Review Board of the Erasmus Medical Centre, Rotterdam, the Netherlands (MEC 2017 − 1103). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Informed consent was obtained from the hospital authority where the survey was conducted. Prior to data collection, the research objectives were explained to participating health care workers and their informed consent was obtained. They were assured of the confidentiality of their answers and that they had the right to withdraw from the study at any time.
