: This study followed the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (2013). Approval was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of Alrazi University (reference number: 56/FMS/2021). Following unobtrusive observations of critical care nurses, researchers invited them to participate in the study. A self-administered questionnaire containing an informed consent statement was provided at the outset. The statement clearly explained the research aims, the research team, potential benefits and risks of participation, the voluntary nature of involvement, confidentiality and anonymity assurances, and the estimated time to complete the survey. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
