Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was reviewed the research ethics committee at the UCL Institute of Health Informatics and it was agreed that formal approval by a Research Ethics Board was not required for this study since this study is about service evaluation rather than about experiences related to the person him- or herself. Principles of confidentiality, anonymity and informed consent guided the study. The interviews were tape-recorded after receiving verbal consent of participants at the beginning of the interview. Data from the interviews was anonymized immediately after the interviews. For the systematic search and review all references were managed in EndNote, transcription, data extraction and analysis were dealt with in Microsoft Excel and Word.
