Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The study met criteria for operational improvement activities exempt from ethical review at the University of Manchester. The secondary analysis of data for research purposes was granted an ethics exemption from the University of Manchester. All participants taking part in qualitative and quantitative data collection gave their verbal consent to participate and were assured that their participation was voluntary.
