Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance was obtained from Ethical Review Committee of Southern Nations Nationalities and People’s Region Health Bureau. Verbal consent was approved by the committee and was obtained from all respondents. We chose verbal consent over written consent considering respondents who did not have exposure to research may fear to freely respond (provide data) if they are asked to sign on consent. That is, since this operational research was done by higher government institution, they may hesitate to provide data if asked to sign as written consent is not common in the study area.
