Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance was obtained from the University of Gondar, Institute of Public Health, and a letter of permission from the district health office. An information sheet which clearly shows the research topic, the objectives of the study, the confidentiality of the participants responses and the study benefits was prepared. Data were gathered after verbal consent was secured from participants. The review committee allowed verbal consent based on the Ethiopian ethics guideline which allow verbal consent for topics which are not sensitive and has no any risk on the participants. Participants were also informed the purpose of the study and they had every right to stop participation at any time. They were matured enough(> 18 years) to understand and to give consent. The participants were included based on voluntarism and agreement. The data collector will proceed to the questionnaire if he approved the participants agreement otherwise stop the interview. The procedure was approved by the review committee.
