Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The participants gave verbal consent for participation and their interview as an alternative for written consent as the research was determined to involve no risk. In the Netherlands, ethical approval is only necessary for medical-scientific research in which persons are subject to acts or are imposed to rules of conduct. In this study, participants were interviewed about their experiences, without intending to influence the behaviour of the participants. Therefore, ethical approval was not necessary.
