All study participants were informed about the aim of the study and gave their consent to participate. Written consent was provided for all data collection except observations and telephone interviews. Verbal consent was obtained to avoid unnecessary interruption or confusion for participants. The project adheres to the Danish executive order on information and consent in association with processing, dissemination and collection of health information (BEK nr 359 of 04/04/2019, § 2).
