Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The need for ethics approval and written informed consent was waived by the local medical ethics committee of the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg (no. 2018–147) since the study represents non-interventional research with anonymized data that included healthcare professionals, not patients. In the personalized letters the participants were informed that they were under no obligation to complete the questionnaire. Returning the questionnaire was taken as consent to participate.
