: The study was approved by the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Committee on Human Research Publication and Ethics (FWA#00018146). This research was undertaken taking into consideration all guidelines and regulations provided by the ethics committee. All service users and their caregivers (relatives) were clinically stable at the time of discussion and written informed consent was obtained prior to participation. For participants who could not sign, the ethics committee ensured that consent for each of these participants was done in the presence of a literate witness. These literate witnesses signed on the consent form as well.
