: This study was recommended as a service development evaluation by the Leicester Central Research Ethics Committee (19/EM/0219), and permission to conduct the evaluation was obtained from the Willows Health Leicester, Director of Services and the Midlands and Lancashire Information Governance Officer.Participants were asked for informed consent using an e-consent form to take part in the study either at the time of signing up to the service or if already signed up at the time of completing a Docly online questionnaire. Only anonymised participant data was accessible to research team outside direct care teams. Any participant identifiers, text or data that could be used to identify individuals was removed prior to extraction into a DCF. Each participant was allocated a unique study ID code. Details of the data confidentiality protection for the study was outlined in the participant information sheet and consent forms.
