: Ethical clearance was given by the Research Ethics Committee (REC) of the University of Health and Allied Sciences on 2nd August, 2019 (clearance number: UHAS-REC A.11 [2] 18–19). Recruitment of participants in the evaluation was mainly voluntary without coercion after the study protocol was explained to respondents for their individual consent before enrollment into the study. Only participants who provided voluntary informed consent were included in the study. All participants voluntarily consented to participate in this study after signing the informed consent form. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
