: This study was fully based on employer-owned administrative employment register data that the Hospital District of Southwest Finland had permitted the access and applied pseudonymized identification numbers for research purposes. Research using such data does not need to undergo review by an ethics committee according to Finnish legislation (Medical Research Act). The consent to participate was not applicable since the data comprised employer-owned employment information without access to diagnosis-specific SA. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
