: Ethics approval was obtained from University of Adelaide Human Research Ethics Committee (Reference H-2018-257). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations (as guided by the Declaration of Helsinki).Interested participants were asked to complete an online survey to express interest in participating in the study. Participants were provided electronic access to all research documents prior to expressing an interest in participating. A member of the research team at the National Centre for Sleep Health Services Research contacted interested individuals and explained the purpose of the study.
