: Informed consent was obtained at the beginning of the focus group, following a detailed description of the research aims and dissemination plan, to ensure that questions related to the research project could be adequately addressed before in-formed consent was given. Consent was obtained verbally because the focus group was carried out using a remote video conferencing software and was documented in the recording of the session. The anonymised (de-identified) transcript and analysis were shared with focus group participants and approved before submission of the manuscript.
