: The methods used in this study meet all the standards set out in the Declaration of Helsinki.We received ethical clearance (IRBP000249/2012) from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Jimma University (JU) institute of health on May 20, 2020, and a letter of support InlineMediaObject removed from JU, school of pharmacy on Aug 31, 2020. The CEO and medical directors of the health institutions were contacted after reaching an agreement with the Hadiya zone health department and Hadiya town health bureau. Then, with permission from the facility administrators, data collection had begun. Oral consent was obtained from the participants by assuring them of their confidentiality and that no identifiers other than codes would be attached to the data collection tools. Statements about the consent were specified in the proposal and approved by the institute of health IRB.
