Declarations
:
: This study obtained ethics approval from the University of Calgary Research Ethics Board on October 31, 2016 (REB 16–0896).All C2C staff provided written informed consent for ethnographic observations and interviews. We did not seek consent from clients during observations, since observations focused exclusively on C2C staff; however clients were given the option to decline having the observer present. The ethics committee approved these procedures.
