: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the University of Gondar, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Institute of Public Health (Ref. No: IPH/1408/2013). Similarly, a support letter was obtained from the District Administration Health Office to collect data. After a brief explanation of the objectives and purpose of the study, informed consent was obtained from each study participant. Participants were informed that participation was voluntary and had the right to stop their participation at any time. The name of respondents were not recorded on the questionnaires, and confidentiality was assured by using codes instead of any personal identifiers. The study was done according to the Helsinki declaration.
