: Firstly, because the present study is a questionnaire study not involving human biological material and data was gathered from physicians, as opposed to patients, this research was exempt from ethics approval in accordance with the 1961 German Drug Law (BGBI. I S. 533) and the 1994 Medical Devices Act (BGBI. I S. 1963). Secondly, according to statutes of the ethics committee of the WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, data analyses processing data which does not relate to identifiable living individuals, which is the case for this study, do not require ethical approval in line with national guidelines (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation). This study was conducted in accordance with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Survey respondents gave their informed consent to participate in this study when initiating the online survey. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
