: This study has been reviewed and approved by the regional Ethical Review Board in Linköping (No 2018/23–31). Participants were informed verbally and in writing that participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw from the study at any time. The data in the study consist of interview statements that concern profession-specific issues and organizational aspects of healthcare and social care; no files containing personal data were compiled and the results are presented at an aggregated level.
