: The study was based a secondary data from the DHS survey, all data obtained from the DHS is de-identified data before sharing with the public, thus participants’ identifiers are removed and institutional ethical review was waived, ensuring the regulations for the protection of human subjects. Furthermore, the GIS coordinates are taken for the enumeration area (EA) as a whole, and not for individual households, further, the measured coordinates are randomly displaced within a large geographic area so that specific enumeration areas cannot be identified. Hence, ethical approval and participant consent were not necessary for this study, however, a formal request was made and permission was granted to download and utilize the data for this study from ExternalRef removed.
