: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. According to the Swiss Federal Act on Research involving Human Beings (RHA), a research conducted with anonymous data does not fall on RHA and therefore does not require an ethic committee approval [CitationRef removed]. As this study does not include any patient’s health-related data and as nurses participated anonymously it did not require a review by an ethic committee, but was approved by the Cantonal Doctor of Canton de Vaud (Switzerland). In the Canton of Vaud, the Office of the Cantonal Doctor represents the medical authority. It is particularly involved in the management of authorisations, patients’ rights, the protection of vulnerable populations, respect for ethics, the management of health crises and environmental health [CitationRef removed]. Nurses participating in this study were informed that their data would be anonymized and that their voluntary participation meant consent. Therefore, written consent was obtained from all subjects. The invitation to participate in the study included information about data processing and stated that participation was voluntary.
