: Participants were given a consent form ahead of the interview and given the opportunity to ask questions. All participants were informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time. Verbal informed consent to participate was obtained at the start of the interview, after clarification of the study objectives and activities. Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Behavioural Research Ethics Board of the University of British Columbia (BREB H20-00652) and the participating regional Health Authorities. The University of British Columbia Behavioural Research Ethics Board approves of recorded verbal informed consent. All study protocols were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations as approved by the review board.
