: This study obtained ethical approval from University Human Ethics Committee of La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia (HEC19154); National Institute of Cancer Research & Hospital, Dhaka, Bangladesh (NICRH/Ethics/2019/504); and Ahsania Mission Cancer and General Hospital, Dhaka Bangladesh (DAM/AMCGH/1900-2019-2063). All methods were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Participation in this study was voluntary, potential participants were given full information about the purpose of the study and provided written informed consent prior to their participation in the interview. In case of illiterate participants, a thumb impression was obtained instead of a signature on the consent form and this procedure was approved by the IRB from three institutions University Human Ethics Committee of La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia (HEC19154); National Institute of Cancer Research & Hospital, Dhaka, Bangladesh (NICRH/Ethics/2019/504); and Ahsania Mission Cancer and General Hospital, Dhaka Bangladesh (DAM/AMCGH/1900-2019-2063).
