: The study protocol was approved by Beijing Shijitan Hospital – Human Research Ethics Committee (sjtky11-1x-2022(038)). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant ethical and health service guidelines and regulations. MTMs is a normal outpatient treatment practice. In the consultation process, pharmacists only collect patient information related to diagnosis and treatment, but do not include personal information such as contact information and address. In addition, pharmacists only give patients relevant suggestions for adjustment of treatment plan, and eventually patients and doctors will jointly decide whether to adjust, so the health of patients is less threatened. For these reasons, Beijing Shijitan Hospital – Human Research Ethics Committee approved the application for informed consent free of the study.
