: An ethical approval has been applied for, however, according to Swedish Ethical Review Authority (that we have in Sweden now days, before it was a Regional Ethical Review Board) has ruled that the legislation regarding ethical review is not applicable for this study, according to decision 2020–05805. We do not have an institutional review board, it is a review authority in Sweden. Written information about the aim of the study, description of the data management, and the possibility to opt-out at any time were provided to the participants before starting the survey. All participants gave informed consent to participate in the survey, and all methods were conducted according to relevant guidelines and regulations in the Declaration of Helsinki as well as the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
