: All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. This research was approved by the CHUV’s Commission d’évaluation des demandes d’enquêtes (CEDE-2019-14) and the University of Montreal’s Health Research Ethics Committee (CERSES-19-115-D). The researcher’s role was limited to research. He systematically ensured that he had obtained the free, informed, and continuous consent of the participants, including for the use of secondary data. Participants were free to withdraw from the research at any time and to request the removal of information from individual interviews and documents collected. They were informed that it was not possible to withdraw data from observations or group interviews. To prevent use of the data that could be detrimental to the participants, the researcher did not release the names of the units included. He was careful to remove or code information that facilitated their identification.
