: Swabhimaan impact evaluation is registered with the Registry for International Development Impact Evaluations (RIDIE-STUDY-ID-58261b2f46876) and the Clinical Trials Registry—India hosted at the Indian Council of Medical Research (CTRI/2016/11/007482) [32]. Study’s protocols were approved by International Institiute for Population Sciences (IIPS) Institute Review Board (IRB) vide notification (No./ IIPS/IRB/214/2021 and No./IIPS/PSC-54/IRB/235/2022). All the methods carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Respondents' informed written consent with the detailed purpose of the study was documented to ensure willing participation, with a prior appointment in both rounds. Verbal Informed consent was obtained and signed by investigators from those who couldn't write or sign in ths study, after explaining the purpose of the study.
