: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the TASO-Uganda Institutional Review.Board and the Walden University Institutional Review Board.All protocols for consent to review the secondary data were conducted in accordance with the regulations of the TASO-Uganda Institutional Review Board, the Walden University Institutional Review Board, and the Declaration of Helsinki. The need for informed consent by service users was waived by the TASO-Uganda Institutional Review Board and the Walden University Institutional Review Board.Administrative clearance to conduct the study in Iganga District was obtained from the District Health Officer. The District Health Officers contacted each selected study site to communicate the study aims. Each data collector presented a copy of the letter from the District Health Office and the Institutional Review Board approval to the medical officer/health facility in-charge at each site before beginning any data collection.Written informed consent was requested from the medical officer/health facility in-charge and documented as part of the study. Before any data collection or interviews, data collectors carefully reviewed the study outline so that each respondent fully understood what was being requested of them. Respondents were informed that they could refuse to answer or stop the questionnaire at any point in time without any adverse consequences.
