: The study followed the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki [CitationRef removed]. The Norwegian Centre for Research Data (NSD) approved the study (09.21.2021) (reference number 792855). The project group found that approval from the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics was not necessary according to the Norwegian Health Research Act, as no health data or other sensitive data were to be collected (Norwegian version: ExternalRef removed; English version: ExternalRef removed). All participants were informed by email or post about the purpose of the study. In the invitation letter, the participants were informed that responding to the questionnaire was regarded as provision of written and informed consent to participate. An informed consent was obtained from all participants. Information from the questionnaires did not include any identifying information. Each participant was represented by a code throughout the research process.
