: Ethical clearance was granted by the Institutional Ethical Review Board of the University of Gondar (R.N.O.: V/P/RCS/05/861–2021). A letter of support was also obtained from the central Gondar zone Health Office Department. The mother’s name and other identity details were used solely to facilitate data collection and were deidentified throughout the analysis. As this study involved medical records instead of human subjects, informed consent could not be obtained from participants. An Institutional Ethical Review Board of the University of Gondar waived informed consent requirements. Besides, all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
