: In the AdAM project, the application of a new clinical decision support system in primary care practices was evaluated. The present study deals with the implementation of the CDSS and its feasibility. AdAM was approved by the Ethics Commission of the Medical Association North Rhine (approval date July 26, 2017; approval no. 2017184) and registered on ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT03430336) on February 6, 2018 (ExternalRef removed). Informed consent was obtained from all participants (or their parent or legal guardian in the case of children under 16). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
