: The ethics and research committee of the Federal University of São Paulo approved this study, which used open and publicly accessible secondary data sources from the Brazilian federal government’s Ministry of Health via Datasus. All methods were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations and following the guidelines informed and required by the committee.In accordance with the recommendations of National Health Council Resolution (CNS) No. 466 of December 12, 2012, the ethical principles of research involving human beings were respected, and the approval of the research ethics committee was dispensed with, since the study was carried out using secondary, publicly accessible data, without the possibility of identifying individual pieces of information. This ethics committee is called the Ethics and Research Committee of the Federal University of São Paulo, and is chaired by Dr. Álvaro Pacheco Silva e Filho and composed of the research team Paola Zucchi and Rita de Cássia da Silva and signed and filed with the Department of Translation.
