: Service level data were provided by service managers and clinical leads, who are co-authors of this paper, and via document review. Therefore research ethics committee approval was not required for this study. This was determined through the Health Research Authority decision tool, which determines whether or not a study is research as defined by the UK Policy Framework for Health and Social Care Research (Is my study research? Paul French has previously led research to evaluate the original Resilience Hub service set up to support those affected by the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing, in which Daniel Hind and Kate Allsopp were also involved.
