: The Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics deemed the SEVPRI study outside the remit of the Norwegian Health Research Act (ref. no. 186284). Accordingly, ethical approval was granted by the Data Privacy Officer at Akershus University Hospital Trust following a detailed Data Protection Impact Assessment (<i>PVO.
