Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The current work was carried out according to the ethical guide lines of Chonbuk National University (CBNU). Prior to the initiation of this study, proper approval was obtained from Ethics Committee for Animal Experiments of the Chonbuk National University. There are no vulnerable populations involved, and no endangered species was used in the experiments. Farm managers provided verbal consent to collect the cloacal swab samples.
