Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This experimental protocol was approved under the reference number 655 by the Ethics Committee of the University of Liege, Liege, Belgium. It has followed the guidelines of ethics, which complied with standards held at national and European level and included strict rules and controls of animal welfare in accordance with the guidelines for accommodation and care of animals published in appendix A of the European convention for the protection of vertebrate animals used for experimental and other scientific purposes (ETS NO. 123) and in the Directive 2010/63/EU of the European Parliament on the protection of animals used for scientific purposes.The animals were bought from a farmer who gave his oral and written consent to let us use these goats for experimental purposes. However, he refused to have his name and contact details openly published in this study according to the General Data Protection Regulation (Directive 2016/679/EU of the European Parliament).
