Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This was a prospective study where client-owned animals were involved. TTA is a described technique in the veterinary literature and is clinically applied on a regular basis. Informed written consent to perform the TTA surgical procedure, and to use data and images in this clinical trial, were obtained from all the participating owners. This study was approved by the <i>“Comite de etica y experimentacion animal”</i> (CEEA) of the <i>“Hospital Clinico Veterinario Complutense”</i> of the <i>“Universidad Complutense de Madrid”</i> (approval number: 10–2019). Consent forms can be provided upon reasonable request.
